This sauce is awesome! Just the right kick of heat for my taste. I'm definitely gonna check out their other sauces as well!

Gave the chilli oil a shot, but it lacked heat and didn’t taste as good as other brands I've tried.

The ordering process was confusing; it mentioned a problem with my order, yet it went through anyway. Customer service took their sweet time to respond.

I keep getting hounded to leave reviews. So here it is.

I noticed some items were left out of the Christmas Gift Box. After it arrived, I shot a WhatsApp message to the company, but I didn’t get an apology. They did say they’d send the missing items, but three weeks have gone by and I still haven’t seen them. Plus, there’s been no follow-up from their side. I asked for a tracking number to check with the shipping company, but it’s been five days and no word from Chilli No. 5.

**Update:** After I posted this review, the company finally reached out. They found the second package, but it was delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately, the item they sent wasn’t what I was missing from the Christmas gift box. I really hope that moving forward, customers get better communication and service from the get-go.

All was just right, they were super helpful and fast when I ran into a customs problem. The sauces are super delicious and unique. Totally recommend!

The beginning of my experience wasn’t great since my order didn’t leave the country at first. But after I reached out to the team, they figured things out and shipped it again using another courier. A few days later, it finally arrived. The item wasn’t exactly what I had asked for because it was out of stock, but they sent me something similar along with some extra goodies as a way to make up for it. I was a bit skeptical about this company at first. They took my payment, but I didn’t get any order confirmation. No products showed up either. I reached out twice—once through their website and once via email—but didn’t hear back.

The oil I ordered never showed up. I waited ages to get a response from you after sending multiple emails. You don’t seem to have a customer service phone line, just WhatsApp, which I don’t use. Had to go and get it from Amazon instead.

Incredibly Supportive - I ran into a computer issue while placing my order and wasn’t sure if the payment went through, so I reached out to the company.
